SOCIAL ISSUES
Very isolated community with very little assistance from the outside
Malnutrition problems. CDS grant given in 2004 for nutrition program. Equipment used by TCA during nutrition course.
ECONOMIC ACTIVITY
Cash Crops: Cocoa.
Other sources: Women sell food at the Mupun Market on Saturdays
TENKILE / ANIMAL INFORMATION
Only moratorium village that has the Golden Mantled Tree kangaroo ( Dendrolagus goodfellowi pulcherrimus ). It is called Oumak in their tok ples Yel
Sikel have agreed not to hunt Oumak
As far as we know Sikel do not have Tenkile on their land
